Thermal Fluid Systems, Inc. is a designer and supplier of custom fluid filtration systems, for the efficient handling of the effects of thermal fluid degradation. Available in side-steam and full flow configurations. System components include filter, specially designed pumps, valves, & controls. This system is built to operate up to a full system temperature of 750 °F. The system handles hot oil and various types of thermal fluids, removing particulate sizes down to 10 microns. The benefits of fluid filtration systems are many, including operating and maintenance cost savings, fewer pump failures, less frequent fluid replacement, reduced fluid viscosity, and reduced fouling.

We offer replacement cartridges and a maintenance plan to preserve peak performance levels. Our filtration systems are fully tested for quality and integrity with pressure and control methods, and maintain 3R, 4, 4X, 7, and 12 NEMA ratings. Typical lead times for customized units are 3 to 4 weeks, and we handle prototype to small production volume.
