Thermal Fluid Systems, Inc. provides custom design and supply of electric heating systems, with customized, stand alone, or skid mounting options. Critical components include heater, specially designed isolation valves, pump, strainer, degasser, expansion tank, burner, safety controls, SCR and power controls. Optional explosion proofing, temperature control valves, drain tank, flue gas recovery, and secondary loops are available. Our 3 phase heaters and exchangers are suitable for use for small to large capacity industrial applications ranging from 10 kW to 5+ MW of power. This system controls temperatures up to 750 °F, with operating voltages of 480 to 575 V (others available) and a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz.

Horizontal and vertical configurations are available, and equipment can be used indoors or outdoors. Our high efficiency, cost effective equipment maintains a NEMA 4, 4X, 7, and 12 rating and recognized industry codes. A maintenance plan is available for increased longevity and optimal operation of machinery.
